For general requests, you may either call or drop us a quick note using the form below, and we'll get back to you within the week. However, the properties can fill up quickly, and the best way to make sure you get the one you're looking for is to call us directly during normal business hours.

Showings

Please arrange a showing with Metro Property Services at least 24 hours in advance for Ann Arbor locations and 48 hours in advance for Ypsilanti locations.  This is necessary so that we can inform the current residents of a showing in accordance with city statutes in each respective city.   While these are the minimum times for advance notification, more time is always better.  Please make plans accordingly.  To arrange a showing please call our office at 734-668-6686.

Application

All persons to be listed on the lease must complete an application with Metro Property Services.  Please click here to download a copy of our application.

Leasing

Metro Property Services has locations available for move-in throughout the year.  Optimum lease length is 12 months with the majority of leases beginning on September 1, and ending on August 25.  The first month's rent is due when the lease is signed and submitted, and a security deposit in the amount of 1.5 months rent is due by the day the lease starts in order to be granted access. All proposed rental rates are not guaranteed.

Amenities

Many locations feature parking included in the monthly rent, and many have laundry facilities located in the building.  Some locations come with heat and water included in the monthly rent.  Please contact us to find out which locations best suit your preferences. 

Pets

Most locations offered by Metro Property Services will accommodate no more than one cat.  Please inquire about the specifics for your particular location.

Maintenance

For maintenance requests, please call or email our office.  Emergency requests will obviously be dealt with promptly.  If you are calling after hours, an answering service will receive the call, and your request will not be received until the next day.  Please be able to describe your request sufficiently, as this will expedite the maintenance process.  Once a request has been made, a contractor will remedy the situation promptly.
